Michigan Bulls

My son has just moved over for the 2012 season but we practiced at the Bullpen last winter and my he attended a camp there and we were VERY impressed with the level of instruction and teaching philosophies. Playing fall season with them now and am blown away by the level of TEACHING they provide and it's all in a positive manner. All of that then add on their track record of players going on to play college ball and 15 year history and I'm very excited that with my son's work ethic, smarts, and desire he can achieve his personal baseball goals.

I am also being given the opportunity to work on the staff for the 12u team and have been told they'll help "coach me up" too. This is awesome because I have the willingness and desire to not only make my son a better ballplayer but to help his teammates realize their goals as well.

I've used four different facilities for indoor practice over the past few years and the Bullpen may not be the fanciest place but underneath the facade there is a serious love of the game that is demonstrated in the way they teach kids how to play the game.

Should be a great baseball winter following by an awesome 2012 season.

We're now up to 11 rostered players for the 2012 12u team and are looking solid.

We could use another player with catcher skills and desire.

If interested go to our website for more information and contact Sean G. to schedule an individual tryout.

Just finished our first official 2012 practice and I don't think I can wait until April to get this team outside and compete. Some seriously hard decisions will have to be made on a game by game basis to put a batting order together. These kids can rake!!!!

Isnt it amazing how a year or two can change so much with kids and this sport. There will be a lot of suprises this year I think at the 12U and 13U age groups. Those teams that used to dominate at younger ages are not so dominate anymore. Kids start catching up to one another once puberty hits. I have seen some very good Michigan Bulls teams in the past from age 12U on up.

Good luck this season coach

I think we have one of your kids from last year, Noah Z. Haven't seen him throw yet but hear he's a pretty good pitcher.

Practice today...going live with the 2nd half of the pitching staff, a team building activity, and skull session on stats and winning.

I'm giving them a formula for winning I learned this week thanks to my continued quest to be a better coach. Stoked and can't wait for spring!!

Still looking for a scrimmage opponent for 4/12 or 4/14. PM me on this website if interested.

Would consider a 13u opponent as well.

Awesome practice today, a defensive coaches dream, fielding, followed by some fielding, and finished off with more fielding. The best part about it is the boys were working very hard on their mechanics and having fun while doing it. Probably going to get one in outside this week to do some more!!

Spring is springing!!
